Exchanges are not allowed on any products purchased from the Lyla Jewelers website. Returns are accepted within 14 days of item delivery, but customer must pay for return shipping. If an online purchase arrives in a condition you are unsatisfied with, please contact us at sales@lylajewelers.com.
